Job Description
We’re looking for a Business Development Executive with a strong interest in Sales and Business Development in Industrial Construction and Pre-Engineering Builds workspace. This is an office based position and travelling required as necessary. The successful candidate will implement and oversee business initiatives across sales, operations and marketing. The company will look to you for strategic direction, tactical problem solving and personalized mentorship. The Job is challenging, but rewarding. You’ll be expected to measurably increase revenue, improve customer satisfaction and boost the company’s reputation.
Key Responsibilities
Building new key customer relationships as well as identifying new business opportunities
Create an effective plan to improve marketing and build the business
Knowhow of and a proficient user of Digital technologies and platforms such as Google, LinkedIn and other Online platforms in the Industrial Construction Civil Engineering workspace
Creative with
- E-mail Marketing & Cold calling prospective Clients
- Lead Generation and Follow Up
- Data mining & Client Search from LinkedIn & Other search engines
Managing Social Media accounts for better outreach
Sales and Business development exposure and experience in Selling services to Engineering & Construction sector and Industrial Sector
Experience in selling Engineering services in the building sector like Architect Consultancy, Structural, Architectural Support, MEP (Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing) design solutions.
Excellent Presentation Skills & Willing to do meetings with clients and travel as necessary
Preferred Skills and Qualification
The candidate should have a civil engineering or Architecture background to understand technical aspects with 2-4 Years of Experience in Sales and Business Development.
Excellent English communication – verbal & written
Proficient user of MS office and Google GSuite tools
Excellent Presentation Skills
